Nicole is a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with 20 years of
experience in providing exceptional patient care in clinical and administrative settings. Known
for a compassionate approach and strong attention to detail, Nicole excels in managing both
patient interactions and clinical duties, ensuring smooth operations in fast-paced medical
environments.
With expertise in clinical procedures such as taking vital signs, assisting with examinations,
administering injections, performing lab tests and most importantly parent and patient education.
Nicole ensures that patients receive quality care in a timely and efficient manner. In addition to
clinical skills, Nicole is proficient in managing medical records, scheduling appointments, and
handling patient communications, demonstrating a deep understanding of medical office
procedures.
Certified through American Medical Technologist, Nicole remains committed to staying current
with the latest advancements in medical care through continuous education and professional
development. Nicole is passionate about supporting healthcare teams and fostering a positive,
healing environment for patients.

Pamela B. Woods
Vice President
Serves on the board of the Rapha Way Foundation. A native of Augusta, Georgia, Pamela dedicated her life to supporting disadvantaged youth after earning her bachelor’s degree in child development from Spelman College and a master’s in school counseling from Cambridge College. With a career spanning 38 years across various roles in the Richmond County Juvenile Court System, Georgia public schools, and state departments, she has consistently worked to bridge community resources with underserved groups. Pamela retired as a school counselor in 2018 and now coordinates the Strengthening Families Program for the Richmond County Juvenile Court. Deeply committed to advocating for quality healthcare, Pamela is honored to assist families through her work with the Rapha Way Foundation.

Lisa N. Stringer
Member
Lisa is a dedicated board member of the Rapha Way Foundation. With roots as a teen model in Georgia, Lisa engaged deeply with her community through fashion shows and charitable events. She holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from Columbus State University, where she also interned at Foxie 105, anchoring evening news segments. This experience reignited her passion for public engagement over behind-the-scenes roles. Currently, Lisa works with Delta Air Lines’ Inflight Service Division, where her role allows her to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds, enhancing her skills in listening and service. She is driven by a commitment to improve the customer and patient experience across sectors. Lisa is grateful for the opportunity to advance her passion for service through her involvement with Rapha Way.
